Shipping & Returns

All ordered items on our site are closely to the word "what you see on our website are what you get". Before enjoying easy exchange & return policy, you must contact us for returning shipping address before sending the items back. All items sent back to us must be in their original condition i.e. not worn, altered or washed, with all tags attached. All the returned items should be sent to the shipping address we email you.
All ordered items are the right items you pick here. We promise you of the right order package. But if you sign for the item and there is no problem with the products, you cannot return to us unless they are broken.
All items must be returned back to us in their original condition as they were sent out to you. We will not accept returned items that have been used, damaged, scratched, marked, soiled or misused in anyway.
All refunds will be made via the same as when the order was placed. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed. Please allow less than 3 business days for handing refunds to your account.
